FAQ's on Shipping, Payment & Orders

How long will it take to ship and get to me?
Due to our items being custom made, we will ship your item to you within 4 days. This is due to it being personalised just for you.

Australian Post
Australian posted items should reach their destination within a few days of being posted. WA, SA and TASSIE maybe a few days longer due to the distance.
Postage varies from $1.50, please use shipping calculator located in shopping cart to get the exact amount

International Post
International postage rates have now changed, due to Australian postage putting the price up and anything that is not a flat letter is now viewed as a parcel. We can not get around this, as all international mail has to go through the post office.
So unfortunately postage is now from $10.30, You can buy up to 12 jewellery items at $10.30, so postage becomes affordable when buying a few pieces at one time. Please use shipping calculator located in shopping cart to get exact price.
International orders normally arrive within 1 - 2 weeks of purchase, normally 2 weeks

How can I pay?
We accept online payments through Paypal (visa etc) Australian money order and Australian bank deposit
Paypal is a fast and secure way of making payments, as all your account details are on a highly secured site, no account information is available to us the seller. We can not access any of your bank info which makes it the safest way to shop online. It is also ok if you do not have a paypal account, as you can still easily make your payments through paypal without signing up.
Money order and direct deposit is only available to Australian buyers

Can I Return or Exchange my items?
Sorry we do not offer returns, but if your item is delivered broken or not as described we will exchange it for you.
If this happens please contact us straight away, return it to us within 2 weeks and we will gladly exchange your item for you. We try our best to pack our products so this doesn't happen but when and if it does, we are only too happy to replace your purchase.

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after I ordered?
If you have made a payment through paypal with an echeck your order may not have processed correctly, as paypal is not confirming back to us the order info (only on echecks, all other paypal methods will work fine) If you do not receive an order confirmation in your email, please contact us, if we have not contacted you first.
